Abstract
This Law defines the: registration and manner of data collection/keeping for forest and horticultural seeds, forest and horticultural planting material, control over the import of reproductive material, charges, administrative supervision over the implementation of additional rules and practices, and other issues of importance for the implementation of a uniform system of forest and horticultural seeds and seedlings on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The basic purpose of this Law is to provide a high quality reproductive material of forest and horticultural species and bushes in order to improve their cost-effective production, environment preservation, biodiversity, biosafety and consumer protection.
The Law is divided into IX Chapters and 77 articles, including offences and penalties.
