Regulation on annual and half-year program of environmental inspection.

This Regulation defines all necessary rules and technical contents for the correct preparation of the national annual and/or half or semi-annual program on environmental inspection and its report on the mandatory implementation of the program of environmental protection on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The contents of the environmental inspection also includes: specific objectives for improving the state of the environment, the proposed measures for the reduction of emissions of certain pollutants/materials, preventive action in order to prevent certain environmental accidents; the list of all plants and facilities, which are grouped into three categories according to environmental priorities (high, medium, low) in which inspections will perform; the frequency of inspection control for each of the categories; the terms and method of surveillance for each category above mentioned; the calculation of the total number of days required for the inspection of industrial plants and facilities; the work plan for each environmental inspector; the coordination and exchange of information with other relevant inspections; the plan of material resources with specification and justification of needs and costs (for environmental inspections).
