Regulation on beekeeping.

This Regulation prescribes the manner and conditions for keeping, transferring or moving of bees, the rules for the protection of bee communities, and sets data and record requirements as regards the apiaries and bee grazing of beekeeping on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This text closely defines the issues related to the beekeepers organizations; beekeeping development programmes; various technical rules for proper beekeeping; unique identification number that is applied on each apiary; contents of the Register of beekeepers and apiaries; marking procedures and requirements; use of state pastures; transport provisions; permit related requirements and rules; measures of direct protection including the disease control system and necessary actions and application of medicinal products.
The Annex is also part of this publication (containing the necessary apiculture and beekeepers administrative registration and authorization forms and request models).
