Abstract
This Law regulates the production and cultivation of livestock (breeding animals), their fertilization and production/reproduction of domestic animals, breeding and genetic resources and materials, zootechnical, zoohygienic conditions, implementation of cultivation of valuable breeding animals, inspection and monitoring issues, measures for the control of the implementation/application of this Law, and other issues important for the effectiveness and improving of the livestock sector on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The provisions of this Law will be applied to the following breeding species: cattle, pigs, goats, sheep, horses, donkeys, rabbits, poultry, bees and other domestic animals that have an economic purpose.
The Law is divided into X Chapters and 70 articles, including all offences and related penalties.
