Abstract
This Regulation determines the food safety related issues as regards the minimum quality standards, production, processing, transport, import, storage, labelling and placing on the market of beer (agricultural-food product, fermented beverage obtained in the technological process also described and regulated in this text).
This text sets the: necessary quality issues for beer, in terms of its chemical composition, physical and chemical-organoleptic properties, technological issues, use of additives, packaging rules, and official controls and inspection terms.
The Annex is part of this publication (list of sampling and testing methods with related reference standards).
