Abstract
This Regulation sets various issues and food safety requirements as regards the raw cocoa and its deriving products (such as chocolate products).
The provisions of this Regulation are related to the production and processing rules, composition and ingredients specifications, labelling, transport, storage, use of additives and other permitted substances, official control and inspection rules, basic requirements for the preservation of product quality, issues on laboratory analysis on quality, physio-chemical, microbiological and other characteristics.
