Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions regarding the quality of cocoa and chocolate products, their classification, categorization and name, physical, chemical, physicochemical and sensory properties and composition, type and quantity of ingredients and additives used in production, declaration, as well as additional requirements for the labelling of cocoa and deriving chocolate products that are considered as such. Articles 2 and 3 list all basic requirements and indicated properties for correct classification of cocoa and direct derivation related products, among all possible variations.
