Abstract
This Regulation defines the necessary composition and labelling issues, rules and methods as regards the food and foodstuff suitable or tolerated by persons declared as intolerant to gluten (gluten as substance present in such foodstuff).
Gluten free foodstuff is defined as human consumption intended food for special or specific dietary or nutritional needs, that is been produced, prepared and/or processed strictly in order to meet such nutritional needs.
