Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the manner of collection, control process purposes and criteria for the allocation and correct use of the special funds for forest related matters on the territory of the Republic of Srpska.
In order to achieve long-term goals based on the principles of sustainable forest management (established in the forestry program of the Republic of Srpska, Strategy for Development, Forestry and Forest management plans) provides for funds for forest protection, policy and planning, forest management and economy, the integration of the forest cadastre and improvement of forests.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
