Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the rules and manner of exchange/commutation of forests and forest land that is originally owned by the Republic of Srpska.
The exchange, object of this text, is here defined as the exchange of specific land/forest parcel between state and private owned parcels (for private subjects that own forest land), upon requests with valid motivations and fulfilled conditions.
