Regulation on conditions and manner of storage, transport and placing on the market of organic products.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on organic production (Republic of Srpska), provides for technical, procedural and handling conditions as regards the placing on the market of organic products. This closely defines the manner of storage, transport and placing on the market of organic products (food and feed products). Organic products will be stored in the way that ensures their identification and prevents interference, that is, contamination with products or substances of conventional production. Article 5 determines that protection against pests shall be applied in storage and transport containers as follows: 1) mechanical protection; 2) physical protection; 3) biological protection; 4) chemical protection.
