Regulation on conditions and manner of taking professional exams for performing tasks of preparation of bases, studies, projects for forest communications, contractor projects of forest management (and remittances) and programmes for the use of other forest products.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Forest Law (Republika Srpska), prescribes necessary conditions and sets the manner (also rules regarding the composition and manner of work of the examination commission) of taking professional exams for performing tasks of preparation of bases, studies, projects for forest communications, contractor projects of forest management (and remittances) and programmes for the use of other forest products. Basics of the constitutional order of the Republika Srpska and European integration, system of state administration and local self-government, administrative procedure and administrative dispute, labor relations in the national administration, office operations, silviculture, forest protection, forest management and hunting ground management, forest exploitation and design of forest communications and relations with legislation in forestry and hunting are all topics covered by this kind of exam.
