Regulation on the conditions and method of importing certain plants and plant products from neighboring countries into the border area of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This Regulation prescribes the conditions and manner for importing of certain plants and plant products, produced or used in the border area of neighboring countries, which are imported from those countries for use in nearby locations in the border area of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Neighboring countries are: 1) Republic of Croatia; 2) Republic of Serbia; 3) Montenegro. The provisions of this Regulation apply to the introduction of plants and plant products from the border area of a neighboring country with which Bosnia and Herzegovina has signed an agreement on border traffic, starting from the date of the temporary application of that agreement.
