Abstract
This Regulation sets the necessary criteria and related rules to be respected when obtaining the permit to perform the task defined by the Annual Programme of measures of animal health protection, that are closely related to animal health and sanitary practices. The Annual Programme of measures of animal health protection is a planning document that has the aim to prevent the occurrence, to early detect, to block the spread, to monitor, to eradicate infectious animal diseases, and further sets the provisions for marking, registering and reporting over such diseases.
These rules are also used as method for determining the effective powers for the territorial competence of veterinary authorities as regards the criteria for assigning jobs, veterinary duties organization and deadlines for conducting such tasks.
