Regulation on the conditions to be fulfilled by authorized laboratories conducting food analyzes and on laboratory authorization procedures.

This Regulation stipulates the conditions that must be fulfilled by all authorized testing laboratories that are conducting chemical food analyzes (on food samples taken for official use controls), including the procedure, necessary methods and conditions for obtaining such authorization (on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
This text offers some detailed conditions in terms of analysis methods, working space, equipment and education, as well as professional conditions and minimum staff skills, also in terms of certain standards to be respected (see article 16, paragraph 3).
This Regulation further determines the aims of related good laboratory practice that here is described as a set of procedures that represent a quality control system to organizational processes and conditions for planning, implementation, control, reporting, and documentation regarding the food analysis and/or food quality and conformity assessment.
