Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions that must be met by all legal entities which perform professional, analytical and other jobs in the field of viticulture and wine-making, also for the purpose of obtaining of necessary licenses and permits.
This text further determines the manner for fulfillment of here prescribed conditions in terms of technical and professional premises, and in terms of related procedures. See article 5 for the list of method for determining the fulfillment of given conditions; and article 6 for obligations of authorized legal entities.
