Abstract
This Law prescribes all necessary standards and methods aimed to define the concrete process of manufacturing, producing, quality requirements and trading issues regarding the grape varieties (Vitis vinifera), used for the production of wine and other products deriving and/or consisting from grapes.
This Law further regulates the labelling and packaging issues, geographical origin demands, classification of wine sorts/types and additional quality standards, competence in the implementation of the rules here defined, supervision and inspection matters, and many other provisions for the sustainable and safe production of wine on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Law is divided into XI Chapters and 75 articles, including the offences and related penalties.
