Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary conditions, classification rules and direct criteria to be met by legal entities that perform development and elaboration of the documents on the basis of issued water acts (waterworks, dam, hydro-geological and flood related constructions, and other) and the procedure of issuance of the authorization to prepare the related documents.
