Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions that must be met by authorized legal entities for performing professional tasks and preparing documentation established by regulations in the field of environmental protection, in terms of registration, staff, technical equipment and workspace. These conditions include also the performance of laboratory tests and related tasks.
