Regulation on the conditions for determining the methods and conditions of waste disposal in landfills, operating conditions for landfills and the methods and conditions of landfill closure.

This Regulation prescribes the conditions for determining the disposal of waste in landfills, necessary methods, control procedures, monitoring and supervision, as well as other technical conditions, operational rules and conditions for landfills, methods and conditions of waste disposal and methods and conditions of their closure. This text partially transposes related legal acts of the European Union into the legislation of the Federation of BiH (see article 2). This Regulation shall apply to existing and new landfills that meet the conditions set out in the provisions of this Regulation. This Regulation shall apply to existing unregulated landfills that are in the process of being adjusted to the minimum requirements for landfills set out in Annex IV of this text.
