Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary conditions and terms for the official establishment and concrete operation and management of the zoological gardens and/or similar, especially in terms of the protection and welfare of live animals on the territory of the Republic of Srpska (part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
As this Regulation defines, zoological gardens includes all structures and facilities such as safari park, dolphinarium, bird park, aquarium, terrarium, and animal collection open to the public.
