Regulation on the conditions for exercising the right to compensation.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Veterinary Law (Republika Srpska), determines the conditions and indicates necessary documentation for exercising the right to obtain compensation, aimed for owners of animals, products of animal origin, food of animal origin, animal feed and accompanying items after the implementation of measures for eradication of infectious diseases, especially zoonosis, or diseases that are transmitted from animals to humans. Sources of funds for financing and implementation of veterinary measures are specified in article 2 (such as funds collected on the basis of fees for veterinary-sanitary inspections and control due to animals for slaughter and inspection of meat after slaughter, foodstuffs at the place of production and storage until their placing on the market, animal products, consignments of animals, animal products, animal raw materials and by-products of animal origin, and other).
