Regulation on conditions of measurement and control on the sulfur content in fuel.

This Regulation provides all necessary conditions for measurements and controls over the sulfur content (Standard EN 228 2002 and BAS EN 228 2002) in liquid petroleum fuels, also defining the measuring methods and way of checking the quality of measurements and related data.
The provisions of this Regulation shall apply to the following liquid petroleum fuels: unleaded motor gasoline; motor gasoline with lead; kerosene as fuel and kerosene for lighting; diesel fuel; heating oil (extra light-LUEL, light special-LS, easy-L, medium-and heavy S-T).
The provisions of this Regulation will not apply to: fuels intended for processing prior to final combustion; fuels to be processed in the refining industry.
