Abstract
This Law prescribes all necessary standards and specific technical and administrative rules and requirements governing measures aimed to protect the air on the territory of the Bosnian Federation (BIH). It also aims to prevent or reduce air pollutant emissions caused by human activities that must be respected in the process of production (and/or industrial or semi-industrial processing), also planning the mandatory air protection duties and tasks, air quality rules and standards, specific sources of emissions and pollutants, registered cadastral emissions, and other air quality control, data collection and monitoring provisions.
The Law is divided into 9 Chapters and 39 articles, including the offences and related penalties.
