Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the minimum technical, technological and personnel requirements for the production of fruit wines, which relate to professional staff, facilities, premises, equipment, devices for the production of fruit wines, registration of the production of fruit wines, the procedure for issuing a decision for placing fruit wines on the market on the territory of the Republika Srpska, among necessary methods for keeping of related records on production, turnover and stocks, and the quality and declaration (labelling) of fruit wines. Fruit wine in the market is classified into the following quality categories: 1) fruit wine, 2) dessert fruit wine, 3) aromatized fruit wine, 4) pearl fruit wine, 5) sparkling fruit wine, 6) diluted fruit wine.
