Abstract
This Regulation determines several conditions that must be met by all authorized institutions for the development of programmes aimed for management of seeds (planting materials) and for management of seed production zones, including tasks of revision of the same.
Seed management programmes and seed zones and their audit may be prepared by a legal entity registered for service activities in forestry and forest exploitation, activity code 02.02 02.020 and authorized by the Federal Ministry of agriculture, water management and forestry. This kind of legal entity must have all technical equipment that also enables the preparation of documentation in the Geographic Information System (GIS).
