Regulation on the conditions for performing planting material control tasks.

This Regulation prescribes the conditions regarding professional, spatial and technical capacity that must be met by an authorized institution for carrying out planting material control tasks. The authorized institution must have a quality assurance system in place. An authorized institution for carrying out planting material control tasks must meet all conditions that are listed in article 2. Also an authorized national institution must be accredited with the ISO/IEC 17020:2004 standard - general criteria for the operation of different types of bodies performing control or with the EN 45011:1998 standard - general requirements for certification bodies in the field of product system certification.
