Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Veterinary Law (Republika Srpska), prescribes necessary conditions for placement of live animals on the market, and determines the method of inspection of consignments of such animals before loading, including issues on animal health certificates, contents and manner for keeping records of issued certifications. In order to prevent the misuse of such certificates and to control their issuance, certificates authorized by related veterinary organizations shall be issued directly by the Veterinary Information System of the Republika Srpska, and the Ministry will keep records on the same. All animals - ungulates, cattle, feathered animals, rabbits, farm fish, bees, game, dogs and cats in domestic traffic must be accompanied by proper animal health certificates.
