Regulation on conditions for registration of facilities in business with by-products and on form, content and manner for keeping the Register of facilities.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on animal by-products (Republika Srpska), prescribes the conditions for registration of facilities in the business of by-products and the form, content and manner of keeping the Register of Facilities. Facilities in the business of by-products are facilities which are under the control of business entities and which perform the activity of production, processing, storage, placing on the market, distribution, use or disposal of by-products of animal origin, or products obtained at any stage of creation, transport, collection, handling, processing, storage, placing on the market, distribution, use or disposal of primary substances or live animals.
