Regulation on conditions which ensure the preservation of the quality of seeds in the facilities dealing with planting material.

This Regulation prescribes the conditions (technical, hygiene and administrative) that should be fulfilled by all facilities and storages which are engaged in sale and placement of agricultural seeds and outlets which are dealing with seeds of agricultural plants on the territory of the Republic of Srpska (part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
For the seed wholesalers, the importer and distributor of seeds must own or lease an appropriate storage facility, or necessary space for the seed, as defined by this Regulation.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
