Abstract
This Regulation provides for management procedures as regards the generation, collection, treatment and disposal of construction waste, including all obligations aimed for involved participants, methods of marking of such waste.
This text further sets out the conditions for keeping records on construction waste, and procedures management for asbestos-containing waste, and the conditions to be fulfilled by authorized construction waste treatment plants.
The Annex is also part of this publication (I-IV; containing technical lists and related markings).
