Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the content and form of the Declaration on the quality of forest and horticultural planting material printed, and the content and manner of keeping records on issued Declarations on the quality of forest and horticultural planting materials. Detailed contents of this type of Declaration form are laid down in article 2. Contents of the form for keeping records of issued Declarations are listed in article 3. Records on issued Declaration forms are kept in the form of a book (Book of Records) which shall also be kept in electronic form.
