Abstract
This Regulation defines the general requirements for minimum food hygiene on the territory of the Republic of Srpska.
The rules and requirements provided by this Regulation are regarding the businesses dealing with food and specific hygiene conditions that must be met by all food producers (including all types of foods and beverages).
The principles adopted by this Regulation are also implementing the following: a) primary responsibility for food safety; b) concrete rules for economic entities and their obligations in terms of food safety in all phases of production, processing and distribution; c) implementation of procedures based on the principles of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points in the production process (HACCP).
