Regulation on the content and manner of keeping the register of issued environmental permits.

This Regulation prescribes the necessary content and method that shall be used of maintaining the Register of Issued Environmental Permits. The Ministry responsible for environmental protection and local government units shall maintain this kind of official Register. Local government units shall submit to the Ministry an annual report on issued environmental permits by 31 March of the current year for the previous reporting year. The Register shall consist of: a) an electronic database on issued environmental permits and b) a book on issued environmental permits. Data from the Register shall be deleted if the environmental permit has not been extended and upon the expiration of such permit.
