Abstract
This Regulation defines the necessary contents and procedure for the elaboration of the fire protection plan, aimed at; improving the protection of forests; early detection the forest fires; the reduction the possible fire danger.
The Forestry Agency shall supervise the implementation of the above mentioned fire protection plan, which must include the following: assessment of the degree of threat; preventive forest-growing measures; organizational, material and personnel requirements for the execution of such plan.
The Annex is also an integral part of this publication.
