Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the form, content and manner for keeping records on the performance of veterinary activities, here aimed for all authorized veterinary stations and veterinary clinics, independent veterinarians, veterinary services and for authorized veterinary laboratories, as well as the content, form, manner and administrative deadlines for submission of reports on the performance of such veterinary activities.
The text is structured into four thematic Chapters as follows: I-General provisions; II-Records; III-Reporting; IV-Transitional and final provisions.
