Regulation on the content, form and manner of keeping records on inspected seedling production according to the type, quantity, age and manner of cultivation of forest and horticultural seedlings.

This Regulation prescribes the content, form and manner for keeping records on inspected (records on performed expert examination) forest and horticultural seedlings or lot of produced seeds, according to the type, quantity, age and method of cultivation. An institution authorized by the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry shall perform this kind of expert inspection over such production of forest and horticultural planting materials, and it is also obliged to keep records of performed expert examinations. The mandatory content of the Form for keeping records on the performed expert examination is laid down in article 3.
