Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the necessary content, form and manner for the correct keeping of the registers of approved and registered veterinary facilities (on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina), and determines the method of allocation of the veterinary control numbers and related reference numbers (veterinary control number of the establishment, a label which is obtained for veterinary medicine or related activities; reference number, the number of entries (number/year) in the Register of approved and registered facilities).
