Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary rules governing the content, form and manner for keeping of the following national registers: 1) Register of forest and horticultural seeds; 2) Register of the conditioners for forest and horticultural seeds; 3) Register of laboratories for quality control of forest and horticultural seeds; 4) Register of importers of forest and horticultural seeds and forest and horticultural planting material; 5) Register of producers of the forest and horticultural planting material.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
