Abstract
This Regulation defines all necessary general and specific conditions of food hygiene aimed for economic entities that operate with food and specific conditions of hygiene to be met by mills (grain processing on electric drive), production of bakery products based on flour, production of non-alcoholic beverages, fruit juices, syrups and bottled waters in terms of space, equipment and professional staff.
This Regulation also prescribes various issues aimed to implement the HACCP principles on the territory of the Republic of Srpska.
