Regulation on contents and manner of keeping the vineyard and winemaker’s register.

This Regulation hereby establishes the register of grape and wine producers, that is denominated as Vineyards and wine Register.
This Regulation closely determines the administrative requirements and forms, data and contents of such registers and prescribes all necessary information that has to be delivered properly; this Regulation also governs both processes of registration/cancellation of specific data from the register; and additional obligatory yearly reports on grape and wine production and on stocks of such products.
