Abstract
This Regulation determines the food safety requirements, for what here is classified and defined as cookies and biscuit products.
The rules here stipulated are in relation with the basic requirements in terms of quality to be respected, direct production, processing, trade, presentation, labelling, definitions and names for biscuits and similar products, organoleptic properties, controlled and registered use of additives and sugar, storage and transport, verification of the effective conformity in relation to the observed quality standards, official control and inspection.
