Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the federal Law on environmental protection fund and of the Statute of the environmental protection fund of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, prescribes the necessary criteria and benchmarks for evaluation of requests for allocation of Fund resources. Applications for the allocation of Fund's financial assets are evaluated according to criteria and benchmarks provided in articles 3 and 4.
