Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the quality requirements that milk products, products with or without a milk ingredient, as well as starter cultures must meet in production and on the market, in terms of classification, categorization and product name, physical, chemical, physico-chemical and sensory properties and composition of the products, type and quantity of ingredients and additives used in production and declaration. The provisions of this Regulation do not apply to condensed milk, milk powder, butter, caseins and caseinates. Milk products are products obtained exclusively from milk.
