Regulation on disposal of waste vehicles.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on waste management of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, determines the manner and rules for management procedures regarding waste vehicles, including requirements for waste collection, storage and transport of such waste vehicles, among requirements regarding the possible waste recovery of waste vehicles and of waste generated by their recovery as well as obligations of necessary reports on those procedures. Rules provided in this text will apply to used and/or new vehicles and scrap vehicles, including installed components and materials regardless of the way the vehicle is serviced or regardless to possible repairs during vehicle use and whether the vehicle is equipped with components supplied by the manufacturer or other components that are installed as spare parts. Motor vehicles with three wheels are subject to the provisions of this Regulation (also small agricultural machinery).
