Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions in terms of quality and food safety as regards the production and marketing of edible caseins and caseinates and their mixtures (milk deriving products, for human consumption only).
This text also determines the rules for inspection needs, declaration and labelling, verification of compliance and inspection.
