Regulation on edible vegetable oils, edible vegetable fats and mayonnaise.

This Regulation sets all necessary rules and technical and administrative requirements as regards the edible vegetable oils, edible vegetable or herbal fats and mayonnaise in term of human consumption food safety and consumer protection (not intended for olive oils and animal origin fats that are subject to other national legislation).
This text closely determines the issues related to the production methods and indications, processing of such products, placing on the market and advertising, packaging and labelling, verification of compliance methods and inspection rules.
The list of standards (to be respected in the process of compliance verification) is part of the provisions of article 28.
