Abstract
This Regulation here sets the egg products basic quality requirements which must be respected in each stage of production, processing, handling and transport of egg products (food products containing eggs).
These specific quality requirements are in strict relation with the manufacturer's specifications that are clearly stated or labelled, names and definitions that must be met by products, organoleptic properties and composition, technological procedures that are applied in the production, conditions for placing on the market, packaging, declaration, maintenance/conservation or storage, conformity, official controls and inspection that are performed.
