Regulation on elements and contents of forest bases.

This Regulation prescribes the necessary contents and correct method for the elaboration of forest economy bases, aimed for both private and public forests and forest land.
Some of the issues covered by this document are: basic characteristics of a specific forest area; its geographical position; its property and legal status; its biological, climatic, orographic, geological and pedological characteristics; list of performed general forest functions (such protection of land, roads and other structures from erosion, floods and floods, impact on water regime and hydropower system, impact on soil fertility and agricultural production, climate impact, protection and improvement of the environment, oxygen creation and purification of the atmosphere, recreational activities, tourist and health functions, impact on fauna and hunting); forest endangerment as regards the plant diseases, pests, impacts of harmful gases and forest fires; organization of forest management; number and structure engaged in forest related activities; development of other industrial capacities and agriculture related activities.
