Regulation establishing compulsory veterinary measures and procedures for granting authorizations to the veterinary organizations that are implementing them in terms of territorial jurisdiction.

This Regulation prescribes all compulsory veterinary measures, the manner of determining the powers of the territorial jurisdiction of veterinary organizations with regard to their duties in mandatory implementation of compulsory veterinary measures on the territory of the Republic of Srpska (part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina), including the manner of controlling the fulfillment of conditions for mandatory tasks in specific epizootiological area, further defining the criteria for the allocation of tasks, duties of authorized veterinary organizations, official administrative and technical deadlines and other related activities all regarding the compulsory veterinary measures and procedures for granting the authorization to perform them.
